Re:   PIC/CARE Access Customer Handbook

On 5 February 2007 , the Commission received an application by Execulink Telecom (Execulink), in which the company proposed to revise its PIC/CARE Access Customer Handbook (the Handbook).

Commission staff notes that Execulink's proposed Handbook does not follow the Model Handbook, as found on the CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee (CISC) website at http://www.crtc.gc.ca/cisc/eng/cisf3e0k.htm . Rather, Execulink's proposed Handbook is based on version of the Handbook approved for Ontario Telecommunications Association in Telecom Order CRTC 2003-153, 16 April 2003 . Commission staff reminds Execulink that its proposed Handbook has to follow the Model Handbook approved in Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-80, 26 November 2003 .

Consequently, this application is closed.

The Commission is open to examining a new application from the company that would address the item noted above.   The application must be filed under cover of a new application.   The company may contact Joëlle Bernier at (819) 994-0551 should it require further information.
