Re: Bell Canada - Application for forbearance from the regulation of residential local exchange services in qualifying markets in the Ontario and Quebec

In order for the Commission to make a determination with regard to forbearance of the local residential services in certain exchanges in Bell Canada 's operating territory, FCI Broadband, Téléphone Drummond Inc . and Rogers Cable Communications Inc. are requested to file their responses to the attached interrogatory, and serve copies to all parties, by 19 July 2007 .

Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, and not merely sent, by that date.
