Re: Bell Canada - Application for forbearance from regulation of business local exchange services in qualifying markets in Ontario and Quebec

In order for the Commission to make a determination with regard to forbearance of the local business services market in the Valleyfield exchange in Bell Canada operating territory, MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream) is requested to file its response to the attached interrogatory, and serve copies to all parties, by 3 August 2007.

Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, and not merely sent, by that date.
