11. De ce montant de 427 302 $, Vista voudrait déduire la somme de 88 053 $ représentant les engagements à l'égard des baux d'exploitation payables avant la date de clôture. Le Conseil rappelle qu'il a l'habitude de considérer la valeur globale des engagements à l'égard des baux d'exploitation sans prévoir d'ajustement au moment de la clôture et qu'il ne voit donc aucune raison de déduire la somme réclamée du montant global des engagements à l'égard des baux. |
