LetterOttawa, 21 April 2008 File No.: 8340-O31-200805252 By E-mail Mr Tracy Cant Mr Cant: RE: Agreement 1252/00 - Message Relay Service Agreement On 7 April 2008, the Commission received an application by Ontera, under cover of Agreement 1252/00, in which the company requested Commission approval of a Message Relay Service Agreement between itself and Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership (Bell Aliant). By way of telephone conversation, Commission staff requested that the company amend its application to include a page that was missing in the agreement filed by the company. As the record is not yet complete, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application. The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the application being filed.
