  Application by Rick Sargent to amend the licence of the English-language low-power commercial radio programming undertaking CJFB-FM Bolton, Ontario.
  The licensee proposes to add an FM transmitter at Caledon to broadcast the programming of CJFB-FM Bolton in order to serve the population of Caledon.
  The transmitter would operate on the frequency 102.7 MHz (channel 274LP) with an effective radiated power of 50 watts (non-directional antenna/effective antenna height of 25 metres).
  These technical parameters would be the same as those authorized in Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2007-371 which authorized the licensee to operate an English-language low-power FM radio programming undertaking (CFGM-FM) at Caledon to broadcast a tourist information service.
  The licensee is seeking to convert CFGM-FM to a transmitter of CJFB-FM.
  The licensee has indicated that subject to the approval of the application, it wishes that the Commission revoke its licence for CFGM-FM Caledon.

  A true copy must be sent to the applicant and proof that this has been done must accompany the intervention sent to the Commission.
