	Revocation of licence
1.	Aboriginal Voices Radio Inc. has requested the revocation of its broadcasting licence for the Type B Native radio programming undertaking CKAV-FM-8 Kitchener.
2.	Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to Aboriginal Voices Radio Inc. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
