The Commission approves the application by Stornoway Communications General Partner Inc. (the general partner) and 1403318 Ontario Limited (the limited partner), carrying on business as Stornoway Communications Limited Partnership, to amend the broadcasting licence for the national English-language Category 2 specialty television programming undertaking known as bpm:tv, in order to add category 14 Infomercials, promotional and corporate videos to the list of programming categories from which the licensee may draw its programming. The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application. |
