	Administrative renewal
1.	The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the low-power AM radio programming undertaking CHEV Toronto from 1 September 2009 to 31 March 2010. The licence will be subject to the terms and conditions of licence in effect under the current licence.
2.	If the licence renewal application has not been received by 31 October 2009 the Commission may not renew the licence further.
3.	This decision does not dispose of any substantive issues that may exist with respect to the renewal of this licence. The Commission will issue a decision on the renewal application at a later date.
