Dear Mr. Mercia, Mr. Abbott, and Ms. Song:

Re: Cybersurf application for relief against notice of disconnection delivered 16 April 2009 and expiring 23 April 2009

On 20 April 2009, the Commission received an application from Cybersurf Corp. (“Cybersurf”) pursuant to sections 28 and 56 of Part VI of the CRTC Telecommunications Rules of Procedure for relief with respect to a disconnection notice it received from Bell Canada (Bell) dated 16 April 2009 (the “Notice”). In this Notice, Bell indicated that it would disconnect services provided to Cybersurf at noon on 23 April 2009 unless Cybersurf reaches a payment arrangement acceptable to Bell before that time.

Given that the disconnection is scheduled to take place within the next few days, Bell is to respond to the above application by end of day 21 April 2009.

Documents to be filed and served in accordance with the above process are to be received, not merely sent, by the dates indicated.   Copies of the documents should also be sent to the following email addresses: rachelle.frenette@crtc.gc.ca and nat.natraj@crtc.gc.ca.

Yours sincerely,
