Re: Cybersurf application for relief against Bell Canada regarding certain billing practices and disconnection – revised dates for final comments
On 29 May 2009, Commission staff issued a letter indicating that it would consider information filed by Cybersurf in its 8 May 2009 and 27 May 2009 submissions only in so far as it is not new information or facts or it is directly responsive to the Commission staff's 30 April 2009 interrogatories.
After consultation with Bell Canada and Cybersurf, Commission staff informs Bell Canada and Cybersurf that all the information submitted by Cybersurf in its 8 May 2009 and 27 May 2009 submissions form part of the record.
Commission staff accordingly sets out the following revised filing dates:
Bell Canada may file its final comments (on all submissions with regard to this proceeding), with the Commission, serving a copy with Cybersurf by 17 June 2009;
Cybersurf may file its final comments (on all submissions with regard to this proceeding), with the Commission, serving a copy with Bell Canada by 29 June 2009.
