Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2010-196

	Administrative renewal
1.	The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the low-power AM radio programming undertaking CHEV Toronto from 1 April 2010 to 31 July 2010. The licence will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence.
2.	If the licensee has not filed an application for a new frequency by 17 May 2010, the Commission may not renew the licence further.
3.	This decision does not dispose of any substantive issues that may exist with respect to the renewal of this licence. The Commission will issue a decision on the renewal application at a later date.
