1. 0591812 B.C. Ltd. has requested the revocation of the broadcasting licence for its national pay audio programming undertaking operating as Max Trax.
2. Given the licensee’s request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to 0591812 B.C. Ltd. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
