Dear Ms. Massey:

Re: Obligations of local VoIP service providers with respect to 9-1-1 emergency service

In a letter dated 9 February 2011, Commission staff advised Stubbs Communications Inc. (Stubbs Communications) to provide additional information related to the company’s proposed customer notification texts in order to comply with the directives in Telecom Decision 2005-61[1].  In a letter dated 9 March 2011, Stubbs Communications filed its response to the above-noted Commission letter.

This is to advise that Commission staff has reviewed Stubbs Communications’ proposed customer notification texts and considers that they are in compliance with the Commission’s determinations in Telecom Decision 2005-61.

Yours sincerely,
