Re: Wireless Number Portability in small ILEC territories – Implementation plan for Rogers

Dear Sir:

In a letter dated 13 March 2009, Rogers Wireless Partnership provided a formal expression of interest to KMTS in order to open the exchange of Kenora, Ontario, for wireless number portability, serving a copy on the Commission.

In a letter dated 20 May 2011, Rogers Communications, on behalf of Rogers Wireless operating as a wireless service provider, informed the Commission and KMTS that it longer wishes to obtain number portability in KMTS’s exchange of Kenora, Ontario.

In light of the above, this file is closed.

Sincerely,

‘Original signed by S. Bédard’
