RE: Tariff Notice 119 – Withdrawal of tariff application

On 19 August 2013, CityWest Cable (North) Corp. (CityWest) filed a letter requesting to withdraw the above-noted application from consideration by the Commission, noting that the company was reconsidering certain aspects of the proposed tariff.
CityWest’s request to withdraw this application is accepted. The public file for this application is therefore closed.
