Subject: CRTC File 8740-V3-201211424 – Videotron G.P. (Videotron) – General Tariff CRTC 26950 – Third Party Internet Access (TPIA) Service – Tariff Notice 46 (TN 46) – Ultimate Speed 20 (US20) Internet Access Service

Dear Mr. Béland:

On September 11, 2012, Quebecor Media Inc. (Quebecor Media), on behalf of its affiliate Videotron, submitted Tariff Notice 46 (TN 46) to the Commission. One of the objectives of TN 46 was to change the operating name of the Ultimate Speed 15 (US15) Internet Access service to US20.

In Telecom Order CRTC 2012-506, the Commission approved TN 46 on an interim basis, effective October 11, 2012.

In order to allow the Commission to make a final decision and in light of Quebecor Media’s arguments supporting a request to extend the deadline for an economic study in a letter dated December 12, 2013, the deadline set by the Commission for submitting the economic study in relation to the service mentioned in TN 46 is now February 14, 2014.

Yours sincerely,
