RE: Eastlink TPIA Tariff Notice 35/35A – Out of Process Supplemental Comments
Dear Madam, Sir:
We are in receipt of supplemental comments from The Canadian Network Operators Consortium Inc. (CNOC) dated 23 February 2016.
In its letter dated 5 February 2016, Commission staff has put in place an intervention process to address certain issues. CNOC filed its comments on 15 February and Eastlink filed its reply comments on 22 February 2016.
Commission staff notes that the supplemental comments filed by CNOC on 23 February, 2016 are out of process. In Commission’s staff’s view, it would not be appropriate to alter the existing process further. As a result, the supplemental comments will not be put on the record and there is no need for any other party to file further comments in response.
