RE: Mornington Communications Co-Op Ltd. Tariff Notice 63 – Launch of Telemarketer Screening Service

Dear Sir:

On 1 April 2016, the Commission received an application by Mornington Communications Co-Op Ltd. under Tariff Notice 63, in which Mornington proposed to revise its General Tariff Item 490 to provide a new call management feature for its ILEC and CLEC customers called Telemarketer Screening.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.

Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
