RE:  Luxline Network Corporation Tariff Notice 1 – Access Tariff Template Agreement

Dear Sir:

On 25 October 2016, the Commission received an application from Luxline Network Corporation, under Tariff Notice 1 (TN 1), in which the company submitted for the Commission’s consideration and approval its proposed Access Services Tariff (CRTC 15110), for its intended operation as a competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC).

Pending receipt of a revised version of the CLEC tariff to reflect changes discussed with Commission staff, the analysis of this application will be placed on hold.

Consequently, this application will not be disposed of on the 45th business day following receipt.
