RE: Tariff Notice 13, 13/A – Revisions to the Competitive Local Exchange Carrier General (CLEC) Tariff
Dear Ms. McMillan:
On 28 November 2016, the Commission received an application from Distributel Communications Limited, under Tariff Notice 13 (TN 13) - amended by Tariff Notice 13/A (TN 13/A), submitted on 24 January 2017 - in which the company submitted for the Commission’s consideration and approval revisions to its Access Services Tariff (CRTC 21591).
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application will not be disposed of on the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 90 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
