Subject: Application filed by Novus to obtain access to the Sussex multi-dwelling unit development of Townline Group of Companies in Burnaby, British Columbia

Dear Madam Robertson and Mister Ilich,

On 14 May 2018, the Commission received an application from Novus Entertainment Inc. (Novus) filed under Part 1 of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure. In its application, the company requested the Commission’s intervention to obtain access to the multi-dwelling unit (MDU) development of Townline Group of Companies (Townline) known as Sussex and located in Burnaby, British Columbia.

On 31 July 2018, the Commission received a letter from Novus in which the company indicated that Novus and Sussex Avenue Limited Partnership have concluded an installation agreement for the Sussex development. Novus submitted that, since Sussex Avenue Limited Partnership is part of Townline, Novus does not require any further action by the Commission in connection with its application
