Broadband Fund – Acceptance of statement of work for the Kativik Regional Government’s transport fibre project in Quebec (Kuujjuaq) – Correction

In Broadband Fund – Acceptance of statement of work for the Kativik Regional Government’s transport fibre project in Quebec (Kuujjuaq), Telecom Order CRTC 2021-328, 1 October 2021 (Telecom Order 2021-328), the Commission inadvertently listed an incorrect deadline for the Kativik Regional Government (KRG) to submit, quarterly, a progress report and expense claim.
Accordingly, paragraph 7 of Telecom Order 2021-328 is amended to read as follows, with the change indicated in bold italics:^{Footnote 1}
1. The KRG is required to submit, quarterly, a progress report and expense claim beginning no later than 17 January 2022 or as otherwise agreed to with the Commission, and every three months thereafter until the project is completed.
