Broadcasting - Procedural Letter addressed to Radio communautaire Missisquoi

Re : Part 1 Application – 2022-0270-4 - Request for technical amendments in order to modify the authorized contours of the radio station CIDI-FM Lac-Brome.
This is in reference to the above-noted Part 1 application submitted by Radio communautaire Missisquoi to amend the authorized technical parameters of its radio station CIDI-FM Lac-Brome.
Following a clarification request from commission staff to the licensee to confirm the current and proposed station population data that was different in the original application form # 4200589 than that identified in the technical brief, the licensee provided an amended version form # 4212817. This amendment involves only section 7.2 of application form. Specifically, the original form # 4200589 indicated a current population of 12,305 and a proposed population of 48,534 in the 3mV/m contour and a current population of 19,845 and a proposed population of 129,612 in the 0.5mV/m contour. However, the modified application form # 4212817 indicate a current population of 12,305 and a proposed population of 19,845 in the 3mV/m contour and a current population of 48,534 and a proposed population of 129,612 in the 0.5mV/m contour.
Based on the filing of amended application form # 4212817 to correct the population data as described above, the timelines for the proceeding will be as follows:
- Any interested parties may file an intervention by 5 August 2022.
- The licensee may file a reply to any interventions received by 11 August 2022.
A copy of this letter, the amended application form # and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
