Subject: Bell Canada Tariff Notice (TN) 7642 – Revisions to High Definition Serial Digital Video Local Channel Service

Philippe Gauvin:

On 17 December 2021, the Commission received an application from Bell Canada under TN 7642, proposing changes to the company’s General Tariff in order to revise Item 4623 – High Definition Serial Digital Video Local Channel (HD-SDI) Service by introducing a Short Duration Use option.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of the application.

Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
