Subject: Bell Canada Tariff Notice (TN) 972 – New Contract Extension Provisions for Hosted IP Voice Service Customers

Dear Philippe Gauvin:

On 21 March 2022, the Commission received an application from Bell Canada proposing changes to its National Services Tariff CRTC 7400 Item 517 – Hosted IP Voice Service.

Commission staff is analyzing the application.

Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
