Dear Anne Kwong:
Based on the information the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission has received, as of 23 August 2022, OpenMobile Inc. has not met the requirements, as set out in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496, within the 12 months of the registration as Proposed FMVNO, to remain on the list.
Accordingly, OpenMobile Inc. has been removed from the CRTC’s Proposed Full MVNO registration list on 23 August 2022. Should OpenMobile Inc. wish to continue to appear on this registration list, it must reapply and meet the requirements established in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496.
