RE:  Application by Québecor Media dated September 12, 2022 (extension and disclosure request) concerning File CRTC #8662-B38-202206440 - Application to review, rescind and vary a letter decision dated May 25, 2022 entitled "Bell Mobility Inc. - Application for various orders regarding Videotron Ltd.'s use of Bell Mobility's wholesale roaming service"

Dear Phillippe Gauvin and Yanick Boily,

On September 12, 2022, the Commission received a request from Québecor Media Inc. (Québecor) that the Commission extend by 10 days the deadline for filing interventions in File No. 8662-B38-202206440. In addition, Québecor is requesting that the Commission order Bell Mobility Inc. (Bell) to provide them with an unabridged version of their request for review (request attached).

Staff considers that Québecor's request to extend the deadline for filing interventions to Bell's Request for Review by 10 calendar days is reasonable in the circumstances given the arguments provided to justify this request. Accordingly, Staff is extending the deadline for filing interventions to 6 October 2022.

Commission Staff considers it appropriate to provide Bell with an opportunity to respond to Quebecor's request for disclosure. Accordingly, Bell may file a response with the Commission by no later than 26 September 2022, serving a copy on Québecor.

If necessary, Québecor may file a reply with the Commission by no later than 28 September 2022, serving a copy upon Bell.

This staff letter, together with any response or reply received from the parties, will be added to the public record of Bell’s Application to Review and vary.

Sincerely,
