Broadcasting decisions:
- Applications by FreeHD Canada Inc. for broadcasting licences to operate a national direct-to-home (DTH) satellite distribution undertaking and a national satellite relay distribution undertaking (SRDU)
- Application by RNC Media Inc. to amend the broadcasting licence for the commercial radio station CHOI-FM Québec in order to operate the station in a specialized FM format
- Application by TVA Group Inc. to amend the broadcasting licence for the Category 1 specialty television station Le Canal Nouvelles in order to replace its current conditions of licence
- Applications by Télé Inter-Rives ltée, CKRT-TV ltée and Télévision MBS inc. to amend the broadcasting licences for the television stations CIMT-TV, CKRT-TV and CFTF-TV Rivière‑du‑Loup, in order to exempt the stations from the requirement to submit complete computerized program logs or records to the Commission
- Application by CHAU-TV Communications ltée to amend the broadcasting licence for the television station CHAU-TV Carleton-sur-Mer, in order to exempt CHAU-TV from the requirement to submit complete computerized program logs or records to the Commission
- Application by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation to amend the broadcasting licence for the radio station CBAM-FM Moncton in order to operate a transmitter at Sackville to rebroadcast the programming of its national English-language network service Radio One
- Decisions relating to the applications listed below, considered by the Commission during the non-appearing phase of the 29 October 2009 public hearing:
