Three-month administrative renewal

1.

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CJKX-FM Ajax and its transmitter CJKX-FM-1 Sunderland until 30 November 2002, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence.

The application for the renewal of this licence was published in Public Notice CRTC 2002-23, 6 May 2002. This decision does not dispose of any substantive issue that may exist with respect to the renewal of this licence. The Commission will issue a decision on the renewal application at a later date.
