  CCI is the licensee of the undertaking The Christian Channel. Given that the broadcasting licence for this service was approved in 2006 (see Broadcasting Decision 2006-11), the proposed transaction will occur within The Christian Channel's first licence term.
  WIM is a not-for-profit corporation controlled by its board of directors.
  The purchase price for the assets, based on terms of the Asset Purchase Agreement, is $4 million. The applicant has not proposed a tangible benefits package on the basis that the undertaking is in financial difficulties.
