1.	The Commission has placed additional aggregate financial summaries for the campus and community radio sector on its website for consideration as part of the Review of campus and community radio. These summaries are added to those placed on the public file on 24 September 2009 and will form part of the public record of this proceeding.
2.	As was the case with the material placed on the public file on 24 September 2009, the financial summaries are based on a sample of 93 campus and community stations that have consistently filed their annual returns for the broadcast years ending 31 August 2006, 31 August 2007 and 31 August 2008. The sample continues to exclude developmental stations and campus instructional stations.
3.	The Commission has provided the following tables setting out financial information:
